OPPORTUNITY
Plooto, a leading B2B payments solution provider for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), approached Goldcomm to enhance visibility around their product and company announcements, generate website content, and secure media coverage for their executive team. Plooto sought to clearly communicate their advocacy for SMBs across Canada and the U.S., with a focus on expanding their Canadian presence while also growing their reach in the U.S.
EXECUTION
Media outreach: Goldcomm collaborated closely with Plooto to develop comprehensive media strategies for all announcements, including targeted publications, messaging frameworks, and timelines. We worked with their executive team to identify key themes and topics for media outreach.
Content development: In addition, we crafted a 3-6 month content plan, partnering with their marketing team to roll out blog posts and bylines as part of a broader content strategy.
RESULT
Media coverage: Goldcomm secured coverage in top-tier and trade publications such as The Globe & Mail, BetaKit, Financial Brand, Compliance Week, Fintech.ca, Canadian Small Business Magazine, and Human Resource Director.
